[CART360] mailing list restored

My mail server crashed on me last Friday disabling the mailing list
temporarily. It's now restored. Those of you who tried using the list
can resend your messages.

PS. If any of you know good _local_ shared server hosts that don't
wipe there servers every few months without prior notice, send them my
way.
